Liars big liars! I took my friend there to get him a car and they promised me that they will me gift card and ask me to come back on monday! so I went there big liars! They made me drive all the way down there and then acted like a dumb!!! so disappointed. I told them if there was no such thing then why didn't you tell me at the first place!!! Hate it! such a big liars. They will lie and make fake statements just to make a deal and ones deal is made they don't care!! If anyone of go there ask them to sign the xxxx paper on everything they say!! especially never took a word from Fred manager and bosnian employee I forgot his name!! Fred manager was rude! Also, I told fred manager that the fair price on sonata is cheaper then what you guys are asking and his replied was "i don't care what the price is online".. he pissed me off so bad! Good Buying Experience "I absolutely hate going to dealerships and being endlessly hounded by hungry salesmen. I have even had them come running out of the dealership and standing in front of my car as I drove the lot to see if anything interested me. I had none of that at C&S. When I parked and got out of my car I was greeted professionally at the door and the salesman listed to what I had to say I wanted for a car. Their initial offer for a sales price was fair, as was their offer for my trade after we made a deal on the purchase. I absolutely refuse to put up with the ""games"" of making the car deal and the salesman understood this and dealt with me in fair manner, keeping the nonsense to a minimum. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had." More
