Will never use them again. I have paint bubbles all over my explorer, brought it to their attention years ago and i was told 3 different warranty coverages. At the end of the day, the garage kept vehicle lo my explorer, brought it to their attention years ago and i was told 3 different warranty coverages. At the end of the day, the garage kept vehicle looks terrible. Also brought up the radio having terrible reception, nope the radio is fine. My wife and I must have bad hearing. Vickie and Mike are nice people, but the coverage is bad. Have not bought a Dodge in 30 years but I am looking. More

They have improved since I had the Excursion in there. Had my car’s system updated and they actually finished sooner than expected. Also part for hubby’s truck came quicker too.
