That alone should have been a red flag. But it got worse. Much worse. They deliberately reset the check engine light before the sale. When I got the car home, it came back on — turns out it was an emissions issue that cost me $1,400 to fix. This kind of deception is not only unethical, it borders on illegal. Under Ohio Revised Code 1345.72, dealers are required to disclose known defects. Resetting a warning light to conceal a serious emissions problem is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. They clearly do the absolute bare minimum to make the cars look passable. They don’t even replace dirty air filters — just polish the outside and hope buyers don’t look too closely. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. These people are not trustworthy. They sell unsafe, uninspected vehicles and will do anything to make a quick sale. I purchased a vehicle which resulted in finding issues next day. I called the dealer to see if they could help me out at all and all they told me was I bought as is and its not their problem anymore. Most dealerships would be happy to offer their maintenance department or something. NOT THEM. They also do not clean or detail their cars I found all kinds of trash and dirty sock in the truck. They don't care about customers or having them come back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. More
