The employees are very courteous and nice, usually when you go to look for a car it's not such a good experience I have had a few cars in my day and I must say this is by far the best experience that I have ever had. I am back on the road thanks to Drivetime! My Chrysler Sebring was such a lemon that I let the bank take the car. I was having to use my 80 year old Grandfather's vehicle which was horrible for My Chrysler Sebring was such a lemon that I let the bank take the car. I was having to use my 80 year old Grandfather's vehicle which was horrible for both of us. I literally went to over 20 different dealerships and was flat out refused by most of them. A certain competitor to Drivetime wanted to put me in a 2003 Ford Taurus that was worth maybe $2000 at most. As a last effort I made the three hour drive to Drivetime, I wish I would have done it sooner! Drivetime made me feel welcome and all employees were very friendly and honest. They explained that they thought I would benefit from the lease program. I explained that I wanted an SUV and they said they would do what they could to try to make it happen. Drivetime did make it happen, I was able to drive off in a Kia Sorento that I love. I have had zero problems with the Kia and I have signed up for Drivetime's AutoPay for the incredible $50 reward credit that I get every time I pay the payment. Thank you Drivetime for giving me a chance, you have given me a fresh start! I cannot say enough about how hard Drivetime works to make sure their customers get a reliable vehicle. More
