I was then told by the credit manager that it was a hard pull and he done this for 30 years and there was no way to see if I was qualified. He then got mad at me for being upset that my credit score dropped 30 points from a hard credit pull. Once again I specifically asked was this a soft credit pull and was told Yes. Then I got yelled at for being upset and asked to leave. Yes I also got upset and used the term xx before leaving and that was unprofessional. However my credit score has dropped 20 points from a hard pull that I was told wasn't going to happen 😞. Then made out to look stupid for being upset about it. I have worked hard for 5 years now. I've done many soft pull credit apps to see what I qualify for. According to the finance or sales manager here that isn't possible. Be careful you may get lied to like me . The manager then told me to check Google to verify that auto dealers can't do soft credit pulls. I then of course searched the term can auto dealers do soft credit pulls to which it confirmed, yes indeed they can. Maybe if he apologized for the mistake of the new associate or misunderstanding things could have been different. However getting upset with me for being upset about having a hard credit check done, after being assured by associate that I wasn't is frustrating as well. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Bought 2016 that didn’t even last 20,000 miles before the transmission blew. Luckily, we bought a warranty on the power train. So it was replaced. Through the warranty company. 6,000 more miles on the “new” transmission and that one blew too. Called the dealership to get them to resolve this issue. And they are trying to wash their hands with any responsibility for selling a piece of crap car instead of selling it to auction. The check engine light came on THE DAY AFTER the car was purchased. So, all their preaching about checking and running tests are lies. Jeff, Ken, and Patrick have been doing nothing to resolve this issue. Although, they did pull trade in options. They pulled a trade in value on one of their vehicles and all of the sudden were financing almost $30,000 because they screwed us! The car we originally bought was only $12,000. And they “thought we’d be happy” also, told them my absolute max budget, they got it to that conveniently. Absolute joke and a huge waste of money and time. Also, my BABY was in the car both times the transmission blew. But they’re supposed to be all about “safety and dependability”. Not so safe when my one and a half could have been killed while stranded on the side of the road TWICE for hours. More
