“Enjoy” is not a word I usually associate with car buying but Jeff and the rest of the staff made my recent purchase an enjoyable experience. Once I got to the dealership, it felt more like Jeff was a friend helping me buy a car than a salesman trying to close a deal. This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Associate followed up this am with me confirming the car I wanted was there spoke again on my way it's 1.5 hrs away 45 min out and recieved tex with. Associate followed up this am with me confirming the car I wanted was there spoke again on my way it's 1.5 hrs away 45 min out and recieved text saying car would be out front waiting for me. I get there and they proceed to tell me it's sold already. After I drove that far....I'm speechless. They couldn't call me and save me the 45 minute ride. Had no explanation as to why I was told moments before that it would be waiting for me when in fact it was sold. I wasted half the day then wanted to show me multiple vehicles I was not interested in . Absolute useless. At least the 2 men I dealt with are anyway. More
