My experience with this dealership's continues to be very negative. I have been passed around continuously from one service advisor to another. I have had my vehicle in three times in a month for corrections negative. I have been passed around continuously from one service advisor to another. I have had my vehicle in three times in a month for corrections promised at the time of sale, which never seem to get fully done -- and are still not fulfilled. Once they have your money in the sale, you are up against a very inefficient service bureaucracy in a battle to get promised "fixes" done. The salesman does not follow through to ensure that the service work is complete, and communication with the service department is like trying to navigate a maze. Spent 40 minutes on the phone this afternoon just trying to get to my latest service advisor, only to learn that one of the two "fixes" I brought it in for (for the third time) had not been addressed. More
