If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my used Toyota Rav4 there. I purchased the complete warranty. I made an 8:30 appointment, took my car in to get the air conditioning checked I bought my used Toyota Rav4 there. I purchased the complete warranty. I made an 8:30 appointment, took my car in to get the air conditioning checked - repair covered by warranty with $100 deductible. The customer service agent asked me if I had a warranty. I told him I did. After almost 30 minutes, he said he couldn't find the warranty and insisted that I was wrong in having one. He asked several times if I was sure that I had one. I purchased the warranty through them. Turns out he kept on putting the VIN incorrectly. After waiting 3 hours, I saw my car was done. I went out to speak to the driver who turned out to be the mechanic. He said it was low on freon and the valve was a little loose. He tightened the valve, and filled up about half a container of freon. I waited 2 more hours. The service manager said they were waiting on the warranty company. The warranty company called me and said they were waiting on the dealership. I told them both I was confused because my car was already done. The warranty company said they wouldn't cover the service because they didn't get anything from the dealership and the dealership already did the repair. The dealership presented me with a bill of $750. They said there was nothing they could do. The dealership said the warranty was doing the process wrong. The warranty company said the dealership was doing the process wrong. I told them that their miscommunication was not my fault or any customer's fault and that I would not be paying. The customer service agent then lied to me about the details of the repair, saying more freon was used because my car's freon was empty. Absolutely absurd. Either completely incompetent or crooked or both. I ended up paying $250 just to get my car. More
Felt like I wasted my time and money at your dealership The first time I came into this dealership was a year and a half ago for a recall. I came back in now because I thought I was forgotten a dealership The first time I came into this dealership was a year and a half ago for a recall. I came back in now because I thought I was forgotten and was told the parts still are not in there was a second recall I scheduled the second recall and was going to wait when I took it in they said it would be a long day and I should not wait I had to call the end of the day to find out my EGR cooler sensor was not working and the whole EGR valve needed to be replaced. This valve and sensor was replaced two years ago on recall and needs to be replaced again for $4,400. I called independent repair shops and using OEM parts this is a 15 to 1,800 replacement after marker parts 800 to 1,000. You can’t tell me of the quality of OEM when this one is only two years old. Then the recommended front brakes for $1,800 when I can get them dome for 3 to $400 anywhere else. I do not appreciate being taken for a fool. I understand that dealerships will always be more expensive and will gladly pay a 25 to 35% premium to have the dealer preform the work but a one to three hundred percent premium you are calling me a fool You will only see me for warrantee or recalls you cannot be trusted for maintenance I did not authorize anything and was charged $230 for the inspection and was refused the printout I have lost all trust in this dealership Although my service advisor was pleasant he could not answer questions and his hands were tied when I challenged him More

The xxxxxxx mechanic sucks and they couldn't give a xxxx about you or your jeep. I will NEVER bring any of my jeeps there or ever set foot inside that rip off place ever again More
