During this transaction I had an opportunity to meet another great person Frank – such an outstanding sales person I ever met. During my visit to their store in Winchester I met him and he has tons of patience to answer all our questions and was very keen in making us understand every detail of the vehicle and other related stuff. When I had some problem in picking the vehicle from the store on the day of delivery, Frank and Andy came up with a plan of delivering the vehicle at my apartment which is like 50 miles away from their store! Frank came down and not just delivered the vehicle but went thru the entire detail for about couple of hours until I was comfortable with all the features. We rarely get to meet such people like Andy and Frank who are not just selling something to you but treat you as a friend and guide us what is right and not.
