She did an outstanding job explaining our financing and going over all paperwork involved with the sale. She was very easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone going to this dealership. My only disappointment in the entire process is the Elantra we purchased has an Air Bag light staying on. I would have thought that this would have been seen by the service department in preparing the car for delivery but I also blame myself for accepting the car without seeing this myself.
