Twice I'd heard metallic noises coming from underneath the car and asked BCC to put it on a lift to ensure everything was ok. They did find a bent exhaust shield and fixed it free of charge. Uninformative and not very personable My first visit the service representative tried to over charge me for oil change and they weren't very friendly. My second visit was an appointment we My first visit the service representative tried to over charge me for oil change and they weren't very friendly. My second visit was an appointment were they were also not friendly, or very receptive to the issues I was telling them my vehicle was having. I also waited 4 hours with my 2 yr old, before I was given a loaner vehicle, which was not comparable in size to the vehicle being repaired. The kids were a bit cramped when I picked them up from school that evening. On a positive I was given a loaner vehicle and all the issues I was having with my vehicle were repaired. More
