Paid $125 for something and the problem was NOT fixed I went to get my ignition switch changed as I hd a recall on it. I also told them about a problem I have that happens whenevet the car is not moving, I went to get my ignition switch changed as I hd a recall on it. I also told them about a problem I have that happens whenevet the car is not moving, I keep getting the oil change sign on my dadhboard and keeps making an annoying noise. They said that the problem could be because the oil pump switch needs to be changed and would cost $125. I did not want the oil pump switch to be changed but me and the guy misunderstood eachother and he ended up making them change the oil pump switch and I hd to pay the $125 and the problem was NOT even fixed. It actually got worse than before!! I will be going back to complain hoping they will be responsive. More

Very bad I brought in my car for the recall and to have oil changed. I told the lady what I wanted and then went to with area. My appointment was at 9am. At 10:10am(and yes, I looked at the time cause I was pissed). I saw my car being staged in the service center. Just being started. Why wasn't my appointment set for 10? I sat there for another hour and a half. The same lady comes to get me, gives me my paper and said my car was it front. I asked about payment. She said for? I said the oil change. We didn't do an oil change. Then she sat right there and said that she didn't know who took the order. Cause she would have written it down. I then said I talked to you. Then she said I would have written it down. She asked some guy in a yellow shirt what to do,. I then said in not waiting any longer, too my paper and was heading out,. The yellow shirt did offer a free oil change. But after that I'm going back to shelor. It's sad that driving to Christiansburg from Forest is faster that going to you More

Only Came Because I Had Too They put a new motor in my car back in October/November 2017 and every since then I have been having issues with my car. Each time they have kept my car for weeks at a time and normally they would be good about communicating with me and the 1st time they even offered me a loaner car because I was renting one. Well this last time I tell them that my car is cutting off while driving so I know that I will need a loaner.... that in one ear and out the other. They had my car for 2 weeks and not once did I get offered a loaner... nor was the communication any good. When Heather was there to me it was better. I felt like they lied to me and they didn't care about my inconvenience. It took hours for my oil change and even then Zach was very nice and apologized because of the length of time.... But this last time.... they could have cared less. Even the manager could have cared less. I will only go back because I have too... not because of the service. More

So far so good!! I took my Jeep Commander in to get the recalled fixed and 2of3 were complete in just a couple of hours. A part had to be ordered to fix the 3rd recall I took my Jeep Commander in to get the recalled fixed and 2of3 were complete in just a couple of hours. A part had to be ordered to fix the 3rd recall so I will be going back next week to get that fixed as well as have another minor issue looked at that they will hopefully be able to fix for an affordable price. The service advisor Zach, has been very helpful with any questions and concerns that I've had so far and he replies very quickly. I look forward to my next visit and will come back to update my review with the rest of my experience. More

Thorough investigation The check engine light on my 17 RAM 1500 stayed on for 2 days. I brought it in for diagnosis even though the check engine light was off. They determ The check engine light on my 17 RAM 1500 stayed on for 2 days. I brought it in for diagnosis even though the check engine light was off. They determined that a faulty trailer light had caused a fault that got passed around by the many computers in the truck and caused the ABS light to come on for a short time and the check engine light to stay of for 2 days.
