Which led me to straight to Marlon Nichols at Colonial Honda. I came in with high demands and low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Marlon's friendliness and willingness to do whatever it takes got me into a brand new Honda Civic EX with heated leather seats for a price that was right in my range. He worked with me for several hours when he could've worked with other customers... he gave me the time and attention he knew I needed in order to move forward with such a big purchase- especially after my nightmare with Ford. Marlon has the knowledge necessary to pique someone's interest in a car, and the personality to sell you on the purchase as a whole. He doesn't rush you and he makes sure you feel included and in charge throughout the whole process. Colonial was not the first nor second Honda dealer we visited but the honesty and directness in term of pricing won our business. We visited our local dealer first but it took a back and forth negotiation over several days before we could even get the price matching Colonial's offer the first time. For this reason, we chose to go with Colonial even though it's out of our way. I think the transaction was quick, simple and straight forward. This is how a car buying experience should be. More
