I purchased my first vehicle with Colonial Honda in 2011 and had a great experience. We went to Priority Nissan to purchase our next car in 2012 and did not like the service. I will never go back to them again because when we tried to trade the car in, we found out that the car had been in an accident that we were not aware of. I am mad because we were pregnant at the time and the people who showed us the car only wanted a sale and did not care about our well-being. Needless to say, Colonial Honda was there to save the day and helped us tremedously. We had originally wanted the Honda Odyssey but could not afford the montly payments. Bill had another option avaliable and it was a better option in the end. I am so excited about my brand new car and will definetly be going back to purchase our van (or truck) when our 2007 Honda Accord gets too small for us. I get quotes from several dealers and Colonial Honda offered me the best price. Gary was very nice, patient and straight to answer all my questions over the phone and by email. When I almost nailed down to choose 2014 Civic LX, I find out EX may be a better choice. Gary was very helpful and patient to tell me he also have two new 2013 Honda Civic EX cars have almost the same price as 2014 Civic LX which would be a great deal! However, I was not so happy about the 2013 Civic’s color and Gary suggested me to come for a visit and make the decision. I went to meet Gary eventually with my boss. He was very friendly and patient to go out do a test drive with me and introduced features of 2014 Civic LX and 2013 Civic EX, he tried his best to offer me as much information as he knew to help me to make the decision. He was also very patient and professional to explain and introduce warranty, car insurance and financing questions I had, he also provided me some good information for car insurance purchase. Since I haven’t driven a car for a long time and was not confident to drive home, after purchasing the car, he went to my place twice. The first time is to deliver the new car to my place, add full tank gas for me and teach me how to use typical features. The second time is to install license plate for me. I really appreciate what he did during my purchase, he gave me the best purchasing experience. John was the sales manager to help me to clear my questions about financing and warranty issues. He was professional and great. Thanks for his suggestions, very patient and detailed explanation, I now know about what I am going to do for the financing in future. Colonia Honda gave me the best and most comfortable purchasing experience. The best price doesn’t mean low quality of service. They not only offered the best price, extended powertrain warranty, but also the best service. More

When I finally decided on a Honda Accord, I used an internet pricing service that identified three dealers in the Richmond area. Even though there are two other Honda dealers that are closer to me, I returned to Colonial Honda because of their excellent facility, wide selection of cars and the salesman, Bill Stone. Bill had approached me when I was initially browsing the Colonial Honda lot and immediately struck me as welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made an appropriate follow-up contact, but not too pushy. Colonial didn’t have the color and interior I wanted but Bill and Todd Eggleston, the Sales Manager, were able to find and bring the vehicle to Colonial in two days. They had it nicely detailed for me when I came in to complete the transaction. The entire buying experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone considering a Honda. I plan to trade my CRV in another year and will definitely give Bill Stone and Colonial preference. More
