CMA's Colonial Honda

I was very impressed with all of my contact with Colonial Honda and was extremely happy with the help I received from Timothy Watson. I also liked dealing with the Business Manager Sabrina Thomas. My first contact was over the internet with Ashley Phillips who was the main reason I chose CMA's Colonial Honda. Once I arrived there to take delivery on my 2022 Odyssey, I was assisted by Product Specialist, Timothy Watson who was very helpful and informative with getting accustomed to my new minivan. Even though this is not the closest dealership to my home, I am pleased that we will be dealing with CMA's Colonial Honda. More

CMA Colonial was able to slot us in last minute Thursday evening to have a flat tire replaced with a new tire. They did a great job fitting us in, minimizing the costs, providing a cost competitive replace evening to have a flat tire replaced with a new tire. We went in looking for a car on a Saturday they had the model I wanted but not the right color. I think the vehicle service is great, but the service representative’s don’t seem to have much of a personality. I had conversations with two of them, and a piece of wood would have been better. They were totally booked up and was not able to fit me in but said I could drop off my car and they will try to get to it. We'll almost 2.5 had later I got a call that it was ready.
