Angela Ramsey did a great job. I made it clear to her that I wanted to make a deal without playing the typical car buying games that are so typical at most dealerships. She was professional, and did everything she could to make the process happen smoothly and quickly. On a negative note, I almost walked away because of the attitude of Tim Cosgrove (sales manager). When I questioned what I perceived as a very low trade in offer, Tim was condescending, rude and very unprofessional. His quote to me was that I "was in no position to strong arm him into an unrealistic offer" for my trade. Tim came across as that old school car salesman that gives the industry it's bad reputation. In the end, Colonial Honda had the vehicle I wanted and Angela was a consummate professional in the way she handled our transaction. She's the reason I ultimately bought and the reason I would recommend others to Colonial Honda. More
