I was very pleased with my recent car buying experience at Colonial Honda. I had the privilege to work with Kutay "Ty" Ozgenc. After some fair, no pressure, negotiations we were able to agree on a price for both the new car and my trade in that pleased me. I was especially impressed with the speed with which we were able to finalize the deal especially considering my timeline was short (moving out of state in a few days) and that we were able to finalize everything without feeling any added pressure from Ty or Colonial Honda. This was my first visit to Colonial Honda, to say the least, I was very impressed. The visit started out very good, as soon as we got there, we were allowed to browse the lot without someone hounding us least, I was very impressed. We had already looked online, but wanted to see everything in person before we made a decision. Once we were introduced to Mr. Ty, he did not make us wait at all, he asked for my husbands license and he went in to get the keys for our test drive. Mr. Ty never pushed us in anyway, he answered all of our questions and never made us feel stupid, as some car salesman do. He was also very courteous, asking us several times if we wanted something to drink. We bought the Honda Accord for my daughter, I know she is going to love it. I was so impressed with Mr. Ty and all of the Colonial Honda staff, I may have to buy my next car there. First and foremost this is why I am very happy to write this review. Mr. Ty made us, especially me feel very comfortable and I really trusted what he was telling us about the cars, which my husband knew some information, but we were able learn more about our awesome "New" - "Used" Honda Accord I love it and appreciate you Mr. Ty in making me a believer that there are actually salesman out there that do care what I want, so thank you!
