We were greeted in the parking lot before even getting out of our vehicle, before the dealership even opened. Paperwork part was very organized and quick, and they made sure to run the numbers to get us the best deal. What we wanted for amonthly payment was matched, almost to the exact dollar we asked for. He made sure to explain all the vehicles extras and made sure I understood how to work everything before driving off the lot. He was quick to activate our XM radio. He helped us clean out our old car and kept us company while we waited for the new car to be detailed, talking about similiar interests, which really made us feel like we were making a new friend. This dealership was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I know. I will definatly be going back there for any future purchases. More

I paid too much for the purchase and waiting was too long for oil changes. I suspected tires weren't being rotated so I marked the front tires with white-out! Sure enough tires were not rotated.
