After several bad experiences with Honda dealers in the Raleigh NC area we called Colonial Honda in Virginia. It was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman was great to work with. The service department is truly lacking. There needs to be better management. Purchased a used car (at the height of used car prices), transmission went out within 6 months. Went a round wi There needs to be better management. Purchased a used car (at the height of used car prices), transmission went out within 6 months. Went a round with them until they fixed it. Still had to pay for part of it.( even with an extended warranty) Then they messed up the radio during the service and failed to put parts back on correctly. (We were lucky that the part didn’t fall out and cause a serious accident.) Fast forward 6 months…transmission issues again! Vehicle has been sitting next door at the Nissan dealership for a week….they forgot that they had the car! I will never do business with this dealership again! Too much money spent and too many headaches! More
