First oil change When I first came to the service center at colonial Honda, I wasn't sure what my appointment time was for. Turned out that I was an hour early for my When I first came to the service center at colonial Honda, I wasn't sure what my appointment time was for. Turned out that I was an hour early for my oil change. When I asked if it was okay if I checked in early because I didn't mind the wait, they allowed it. Some places I've been to ask you to come back. During this time I had my kids with me, thankfully they had a kid zone area that my girls played in while I waited. About an hour later they came back to get me saying that my oil change & rotation was done. I was in shock because I was originally told I may.not be able to be seen before my appointment time. To add to the pleasant experience, it also included a car wash code for me to use their Express wash within the price. During this whole time every employee was very kind as well as professional. I'm extremely delighted that I bought a Honda from this location as well as started getting services done for my car here. They truly have made every experience I've had with them as though I'm apart of a family. More
