Proactive Customer Service On January 7th I had a service appointment to have a wheel bearing replaced. Upon arriving at Colonial Honda and having my car driven into the Servic On January 7th I had a service appointment to have a wheel bearing replaced. Upon arriving at Colonial Honda and having my car driven into the Service Center, I was advised by my Service Representative (Naomi) that the incorrect part was ordered. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, Naomi advised me that she would contact me when the correct part arrived. I was subsequently contacted by Naomi and an appointment was made for January 18th. Upon arriving at Colonial Honda on the 18th Naomi advised me she would contact the Service Manager to see if my $100 deductible could be waived because of the earlier inconvenience. The Service Manager agreed and the deductible was waived. The fact that as a customer I did not have to request the waiver of the deductible was refreshing as it showed great customer service and the accepting of responsibility by a Service Provider that has almost become non-existent today. More
