No parts available, no replacement part and no after market parts -- technician diagnosing issue disassembled the existing part, cleaned, coated, reassembled and the part works just fine! His efforts are greatly appreciated!! More

Miranda helped thing run smoothly I had felt some "wobble" when braking and a slight burning smell after driving to and from work (approx 70 miles). I had told Miranda that I work a n I had felt some "wobble" when braking and a slight burning smell after driving to and from work (approx 70 miles). I had told Miranda that I work a night job and she was incredibly accommodating with getting my car in quickly so I could go home and sleep. I will have to come back for some pretty extensive repairs with my rear caliper that Honda won't fully cover, even though I bought an extended warranty; that is my one negative with my experience. However, I do not knock Miranda on that, she went the extra mile to see about getting the claim in as soon as possible; it's definitely something Honda should help the customer with more if a warranty is involved. More
