Excellent Customer Service w/No Pressure My nephew was looking for a new car and was interested in a black Civic. I researched several dealerships in the Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg My nephew was looking for a new car and was interested in a black Civic. I researched several dealerships in the Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg area. We decided to go to Colonial Honda on Friday (9/28/2018) and was greeted by Evan Trent. He was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed that he did not make us feel pressured when we were reviewing the selection. My nephew decided to purchase the Civic, but we ran into a small obstacle and Keith Adams was great in explaining all of our options to get my nephew the car. My nephew and I went home that night to review all of our options and we came up with the perfect solution. I contacted Evan the next morning and he worked with Keith to get us the car at a great price. Evan was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car to my nephew. Sabrina Thomas was also great in explaining the additional extended warranties and was very patient as we were finalizing the insurance for the car. I rarely write customer reviews, but the staff we worked with were the epitome of customer service and I had to share our experience. I purchased my first new car from Colonial Honda in 1995 and it was a black Honda Civic, which I still have today. I had a great customer service experience then and I was pleased to see that it has not changed. It was a great feeling for me to see my nephew's first new car was also a black Civic. He went above and beyond making sure I was able to purchase the exact car that I wanted and even drove to Virginia Beach to pick it up so that I could have it in time for an upcoming trip.
