Our experience buying a new Odyssey at Colonial Honda exceeded every expectation built over the last 20 years. Steve Barber, the Internet sales manager, was our contact person and we managed to get the entire purchase set and ready via email, with basically a sign and drive at the dealership. Never did we feel pressured to "sold." The whole staff was courteous, friendly and shared our enthusiasm for our new car. We couldn't be more pleased that we gave Steve and Colonial Honda our business. More

Not only are the customers happy, but so are the employees. The first civic I purchased was a trade in, a 2008 certified civic. I was the second owner and the vehicle was top self, EX-L. This was my first Honda and I loved this vehicle, one of my favorites I've owned in my life time. The sales person I dealt with was Richard Miller (still there, ask for him). Richard, from the beginning, was never pushy or annoying as some sales people you meet. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to play in. Richard steered me in that direction instead of showing me multiple cars at higher prices. I liked this. After the sale and the deal is done, usually that is the extend of your interactions with the sales person. I heard from Richard over the next 5-6 years I owned the vehicle. I heard from him on the cars birthday ( the day I purchased ) and my birthday, every year. I never had a issue with this vehicle even after putting over a hundred thousand miles on it myself. When I was in the market for a new Honda, I went straight to Colonial Honda, a hour drive from my residence. I by passed one Honda dealership that was much closer ( I want name Pearson by name, oops! ). While on the lot, I was greeted by a sale person who asked if he could help and what was I looking for? I advised him I was just looking and he gave me his card and told me if I needed anything to just let him know. He then left me to look. I liked this, no pressure, no distraction. When I did find a vehicle I was interested in, I asked for Richard, if he was there. HE WAS. The first salesman went and found him for me. Richard got the keys to the vehicle I was looking at and unlocked it and showed me the new changes to the Hondas that year. Impressed I was. I told Richard I would see him that weekend. No pressure to buy right then and there like if I left, I would never be back. The day I told Richard I would be back was a Saturday. Upon my arrival I met with Richard who stated he had moved the vehicle to the back of the building expecting it to be a busy day and didn't want the vehicle to be sold before I had the chance to get it. I purchased the vehicle that day. Richard has called twice to see how I am enjoying the civic and if I had any questions, not to hesitate to call him. 5-6 years from now, if Richard is still around, I will probably purchase my third Honda from him. If you read this and in the market for a Honda, do yourself a favor, go see Richard and tell him I said hi. I didn't even mention the savings I saved. I got a 2016 civic below MSRP and another $500 for being military. Trust me when I say you want find a better deal anywhere. More
