Quick and Painless First of all, let me start by saying that I hate the car buying process. I hate haggling sales people down to pay what the average American car buyer First of all, let me start by saying that I hate the car buying process. I hate haggling sales people down to pay what the average American car buyer has to say whilst listening to all the excuses/rebuttals as to why they can't cut you a deal. I came to Colonial Honda after a 2-hour haggling debate from Gateway Hyundai over a used 2014 Tuscon so needless to say I was pretty defeated upon arriving at Colonial Honda. The sales person (Theodore Casper) listened to all of my complaints and was able to make the car buying process as seamless as possible. I always try to get 10-15% off MSRP since I refuse to endorse the processing fee and other garbage/junk/trash fees that come with buying a new car. I gave my offer to Theodore and he was able to get me the deal I wanted with no haggling whatsoever. Granted I could do without the whole paint protection/extended warranty dog and pony shows I got but I figured that was a mild setback for very little haggling. More

Like most other people, we also visited the dealership few times before finalizing a car and every time Troy was there to clarify the doubts and make us get closer to the selection.Overall a great experience. Instead of just trying to push any car on you, he does his best to get you what you want in the price range you want it in. Tom and Gidish are both attentive and I was in and out in about an hour. If you do the credit check online, tom will take care of the rest by time you come in! More

Several dealerships didn't have any availability in the next few months, and of the few that did, we chose to purchase our new car at Colonial Honda because Girish Ramachandran was the best salesperson we encountered at all of the dealerships. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and responsive. He was never pushy but always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Sabrina Thomas in the finance department was very helpful and friendly too during the actual purchase. My kids loved the children's playroom and were occupied the whole time! My husband and I are completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend Colonial Honda to anyone. Definitely worth the drive for better service. We love our new Pilot and couldn't be happier! More
