I did lots of online research, found out the average people were paying for what I wanted, sought quotes via email from 6-8 dealerships. In both cases, 2009 and 2015, our local dealers were at least $2,000 more than Colonial. We agreed on a price via email, then set up a time to get the car. In 2015, we dealt with Gary See, who was helpful and quick to respond but not pushy. We despise the games and gimmicks other dealerships force on customers to arrive at a price. Dealing with Colonial was stress-free. They are honest and forthright; they told us what was doable and what wasn't. It's refreshing to come away from a car purchase feeling good about the experience, like we got the best-possible price without spending a day playing games with a dealership's salesman and his manager. We were well taken care of. More

I chose to give it a 4 star and not a 5 star due to one fact.....the $500. good faith deposit we took in to hold a 2016 Pilot touring model was cashed I chose to give it a 4 star and not a 5 star due to one fact.....the $500. good faith deposit we took in to hold a 2016 Pilot touring model was cashed to same day I took it in! I was told by Gary See and Mr. Stone that this check would be held in "the safe" until a 2016 Pilot was in for us to look at and agree on buying. We had no intentions on using a down payment for our new auto,we were going to be financing the entire purchase through USAA. But instead, we felt forced to do so, because the check had been cashed without our knowledge. We were given the opportunity to get a check for the $500 back the night we went in to sign all the paperwork, but by then the check had already been cashed and defeated the purpose of it being "held in the safe". I do feel a little misled. Other than that surprise.....we LOVE our new Pilot! More
