I was beyond excited and shocked! I had the pleasure of doing business with a meeting three awesome individuals. They were Keith Adams, Ray Higgins, and Malcolm Leach. These three gentleman went up and beyond my expectations of being helpful, courteous, and professional. Can I rate higher than 5 stars? I contacted the internet site looking for the best price on a Honda Civic. The price quoted by Colonial Honda and the one I eventually paid for my Ci I contacted the internet site looking for the best price on a Honda Civic. The price quoted by Colonial Honda and the one I eventually paid for my Civic was far less than any other price quoted from other dealerships. And I shopped around quite a bit. Low price is important but so is customer service. Gary See worked with me for months, sharing updated information as well as just checking on me and where I was in the process of making a decision. There was absolutely NO pressure! Just a dialogue of questions and answers. I would think of a question, I'd shoot him an email and he would quickly respond. I feel I never waited more than a half hour before receiving a response to any correspondence. Gary was patient and professional. I have purchased multiple new cars in my life and I have never had an experience with a sales person that was as professional and courteous. The day I showed up to purchase the Civic, I realized that the entire staff at Colonial Honda was exactly the same way. From beginning to end, extremely high quality service the entire way. The sale was quick and efficient and I was out the door in no time with my new car! I would recommend this dealership above all others. If you think it's a little far for you to drive, believe me, it is worth it! It was a long drive for me but for the value and quality of service, I would do it again and would recommend to all my friends to do the same! More
