I received an email from Bill Stone and a price which was a very good offer in our area. I was going to go to NOVA to buy the vehicle but we decided to keep it local due to the excellent quite. The Quote was matched by the the quality of service at Colonial Honda. Tricia helped with the purchase, there was never a trick or push to sell anything else. The staff was very helpful with helping me decide which model CRV to purchase and was very patient when I wanted to test out several cars to see all of my options. Richard genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice within my budget and wanted to ensure that I would walk away happy about my purchase for years to come. It was not just about making the sale and selling the most expensive car. Jimmy was great with finding me the best finance rate and looking at all of my payment options to best fit within my budget! I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Colonial Honda. After much research, I found they have the best pricing around, are very caring, and knowledgeable about their cars! Transparent: Bill Stone provided a line item breakdown of the vehicle that I was interested in per my request. I had to ask several other dealers multiple times to send the information. Bill provided it on first request. Additionally, his offer was very competitive compared to other local dealers. 2. Refreshing: The entire experience was without pressure. When presented with an interior color that was not our primary choice. Bill took the time to take photos of the interior in direct sunlight to show the comparison. His responses were always timely and informative. When we decided to make the purchase, Bill had the car cleaned and out front so that we could immediately test drive the vehicle. Once complete with deal, Bill was able to complete the paperwork with us very quickly. 3. The whole experience from initial contact to sale went very smoothly. I was very pleased with how little stress and haggling needed to be done. From the start, Bill presented the most competitive price, even compared to national average. I will definitely be utilizing this dealership for future purchases based on my experience. More
