CMA's Honda of Lynchburg

This is the first time I've been into a dealership to buy a used van. All the stories from other people buying from a dealership, being led to try and buy more car than the wanted did not apply here. I set an appointment up, told them what my budget was, we found one just traded in. Due to the mileage on the car, I wanted to know if the timing belt and water pump had been changed, as I was planning on having it done after purchasing the van. Not only did they do those 2 things, they flushed the transmission and changed the oil along with a state inspection and a few other things. At no increase in the price of the vehicles original selling price. And, I never asked them to do the things I asked about. Steve was the "car guidance counselor" (salesman). No pressure to to buy any value car, or any pressure at all. He answered all my questions, we took the car for a drive and picked up my wife from work,and returned to the dealership. The only dark cloud in the silver lining was all the paperwork that had to be signed to buy a used car. For each piece of paperwork I signed, a lawsuit had happened, I'm sure. Would I buy another car I liked from this dealership? Yep. The only hiccup, you can't pay with a debit card over $3000. More

This dealership was better when it was Billy Craft, now as a CMA they don't care about the customers, just money. Our Honda Oddessy was recently taken in for some work to be done and the quoted us a certai as a CMA they don't care about the customers, just money. Our Honda Oddessy was recently taken in for some work to be done and the quoted us a certain amount and then changed it because they said they didn't know our engine. Over the weekend, I our speakers started making popping noises. We called this morning and they said that this is a common issue but because we hit 6 years in July of having the van, we'd have to pay a diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars and then yet again they couldn't tell us how much it would cost to fix it. I read up on this issue and I was a class action lawsuit as it was an issue with the model of the van and Honda knowingly sold it this way. If this is how the dealership treats its customers then it is time to use someone else in the future. More
