More than excellent Customer Service Bought a used BMW at a fair price. When test driving I had no issues and it felt great but when I left Saturday morning after signing the papers (with Bought a used BMW at a fair price. When test driving I had no issues and it felt great but when I left Saturday morning after signing the papers (with no warranty/as is) I realized when applying a fair amount of pressure on the breaks the car would pulsate pretty bad. I called about it and drove it another day or 2 and it didn't go away. Took it back in and they replaced the brakes and resurfaced the rotors for free, even without a warranty! Great customer service. Would deal with them again. More

Great Sales Team, Great Experience I found the dealership and car I wanted online and started an email conversation with Bryan. He was responsive and answered all my questions. When I w I found the dealership and car I wanted online and started an email conversation with Bryan. He was responsive and answered all my questions. When I went to look at the car, I realized that I had missed the fact that it had a manual transmission and I was looking for an automatic. Even though I made it clear that I was still shopping for other makes and models, the dealership swapped with another store to get the "right" car at their own risk. After driving it, I knew it was the car for me. The negotiating process was calm and not as dramatic as some others I've experienced. We settled on what I think was a fair deal for everyone. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

He showed us every detail of this car, took so much time in making sure I was comfortable with it before taking it on a test drive and after deciding to purchase the car, answered all of my questions, connected my phone to Bluetooth on the car and even helped transfer our belongings from our other car. Kevin Knott, the sales manager was also so easy to work with. At no time did I feel I was under any pressure to purchase a car and he seemed eager to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the purchase.
