Due to a recent family health issue, I needed to trade my small car in for something bigger that would accomidate myself, my wife and my mother in law who recently suffered a stroke. Bruce took the time to listen to what I was looking for and to help me find it. Bruce and his sales manger looked through their inventory and found a vehicle that will be reliable, safe and big enough for my family to be comfortable in. Bruce also took the time to help me find a local place where I could have a trailer hitch installed in a very shory amount of time as I need to bring back all of my mother in law's belongings in a few days. Bruce also helped me locate a place where I could rent a trailer close by. I will assuradly recommend Valley Honda to everyone I can due their customer service and attention to detail. As a previous Honda Civic DX purchaser from there back in 1997, and it being the same car I drove into the lot with yesterday, I knew I wanted another Honda. I came by the car lot a few weeks before and was looking to see what type of vehicle would suit me. As I got out to look at a CR-V, Jackie approached me and told me a few things about the vehicle. I came home and went to the Valley Honda online site and did a comparison on several models of cars to see what would suit me best. I had Jackie's card with me when my brother and I went to do test drives on cars yesterday. Jackie was there so she helped me out with several cars I was interested in trying. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all my questions. After trying out a Honda Fit and a Honda CR-V, I decided to go with the 2014 Honda CR-V LX. It had many of the extras that I was wanting like All Wheel Drive, Bluetooth, and more cargo room. Being a dinosaur, I was quite happy with what new technology it had on it, but it didn't have more than I'd ever use. Thank you again, Jackie, for all your help and patience. More
