Although I basically worked with Ken exclusively, other staff at the dealership were friendly and welcoming. Ken was extremely attentive to my questions and followed up, at every occasion, in a very timely manner. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with everything prior to and after the car purchase. A friend recommended Valley to me so I asked for an online quote and we were given a very competitive price but the difference between our experience at Valley and our experience with other dealers in he past was what happened once we went over ot visit face to face. When we arrived for our appointment our salesman, Bryan Sites, was ready and prepared. We test drove two different trim levels and when we decided he had all the numbers quickly and accurately done. There was no pressure to buy and when we decided to buy, there was no pressure to buy any options or add ons we didn't want. We walked out with the best vehicle for us, not the best vehicle for them to sale. I would definitely buy from Valley again. More
