Excellent response to my inquiry of a Honda Pilot I was browsing the Honda Pilot on the internet and submitted my name e-mail and phone number to see if I would get a response. A few days later, Clem I was browsing the Honda Pilot on the internet and submitted my name e-mail and phone number to see if I would get a response. A few days later, Clement Brunner contacted me. I told him, we had test driven a 2016 used Pilot and was very impressed. However, we were wanting to wait until April or May to get serious unless he could find me a great deal on a 2017 or 2018. He asked what I was looking for as far as color, etc. He said he wouldn't call unless he could find us a deal to good to resist. A couple of weeks later Mr Brunner called and made us an offer. We drove over the mountain to Staunton, VA. to test drive our Pilot. Mr. Brunner was so informative about all the new technology and made us feel right at home. We had an excellent experience at Valley Honda. We left there with our 2018 Pilot and love it. I have already given out Mr . Brunner's name and dealership. We will definitely recommend them to anyone. More

He took time to understand our needs and, without being pushy, helped us decide that Honda Civic was the way to go. Mike Cole and Ben St. Ours were our contact persons from there as we negotiated the price and financing. While everyone at Valley Honda was helpful in some way, it was really because of Mike Cole that we finally decided to make this purchase from Valley Honda. He was honest, forthright and and very enjoyable to work with. He really made the buying process very easy and hassle free. Just Go here I did the legwork. I was not aware of this site. I got quotes from about 8-10 dealers for the brand new Civic hatchback. After being played like a I did the legwork. After being played like a fool from all of them but one (the one did not have the exact car I needed), I decided to fire them all and start over. I ended up finding this dealership and the FIRST QUOTE I got from Ken was the lowest price of all the quotes and haggling which had taken me the better part of 2 weeks. Of course I was still skeptical and he probably thought I was crazy because I refused to lock into anything because of all the crap and fake quotes I got from other dealers. I was leaving for Mexico that night (this was appx 7am when I requested quote) and I had a 2 hour drive each way to dealer. Bottom line, I had the exact car I wanted for my son at the exact price he quoted me earlier that morning and caught my flight out. TRUE STORY!! More
