Before I went to valleyhonda website, I had offers from other dealerships such as Billpagehonda and AutoNation on a 2017 Honda CR-V AWD Touring. I also had a car to trade in which the listed two dealerships also appraised on. Clement listened and understood. Our conversation carried on via phone and long story short, we agreed on a good deal. Clement was honest that they did not have the color I wanted available, they had someone picked up from another place and prepped ready for me. Noticing me pulling in from the street (2hrs ride to the dealership), with a friendly smile, Clement walked to the door to greet me (very good handshake); went and got me two bottles of water and got right on business. The entire process took almost two hours, but it was worth every minute. Not only did Clement understood his business very well, he explained in details about the new ride. This is how dealership should work, it should operate in a sense that everyone is treated fairly, professionally and with great respect. No gimmicks, no hassle, no pushy, just plane win-win business strategy. I applaud Valleyhonda for understanding your customers, putting yourselves in their shoes and give good deals. If I am ever in need of a Honda in the future, you are my first on the list. Clement, thank you for an exceptional car buying experience I could hope for. Enjoyable Experience Neil made my experience enjoyable. I test drove a CRV on Saturday, but did not return for the sale until Thursday.
