Mike in service is an excellent mechanic who was able to diagnose and prove the out of state service tech wrong, allowing the parts needed to fix our problem covered under the warranty. While in the waiting area, Ken had no knowledge of our situation, but Ken took the time to talk to us about the issues and our concerns of wanting to trade the car. Ken offered to help us in anyway he could. Ken was able to find us several pickups on the various Valley lots, and with the help from Kevin and his calculator, Ken was able to put us into the truck we thought was only a dream. Although we traded our Honda off for another brand truck due to the frustrations from another dealership, we will be returning for another Honda to replace our 2nd car. More
