As we drove to the dealership, a thunderstorm arose and we were cruzing the lot in the pouring down rain. To our suprise, a salesman, Ken Allen, braved the rain and asked us if he could assist. Frankly, I was so suprised that anyone would brave the weather to see to our needs. To make a long story short, not only was Ken polite, courteous, and informative as to the vehicles, the entire staff were found to be the same, prompt, courterous, and all very professional. For most of us, the process of purchasing a car can be a real drag and at times confrontational. Not the case here. After researching a possible purchase on KKB, Truecar and the like, Valley met my pricing requirements and was by far the best car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. This is where I met Ken Allen and explained to him my needs. He did not pressure me for a car or options that I didn't want. We went on a test drive and I drove the car at my leisure in the direction of my choice. Ken and the General Manager Scott discussed price and terms with me and offered me a deal that I felt comfortable with. After all the paperwork was handled, Ken set my new car up with my personalized settings, paired my phone and explained how everything worked. I drove off the lot and out of town for a vacation the next day. I love my new fit and had an excellent buying experience. More
