Great experience This is where my wife and I went to get our first car. We went in on-guard, like you might when knowing you're entering a sales-driven bit-investment environment. Our reception was warm, we felt like there was transparency and honesty throughout the dealings, and we got an excellent price. We worked with Ray Hatcher and Bruce Myers. We left with a car that's served us well for 8 months now. We had a situation last month when a sound started occurring in the wheel bay - brought it in, & they took care of it (it was a stuck rock) as part of the warranty. I wanted to give it some time after buying, and not write a review immediately - just to see how promises played out. Payment information quoted was accurate - nothing hidden or shady - all up-front. So much information comes across when at the purchasing desk, we didn't realize oil changes weren't included - so when we brought it in for an oil change, there was a little surprise there - but no biggie. When the car was in for the change, they also rotated the tires w/o asking and charged us - but we brought that up later, and they took care of us. Minor hiccup in the scale of things. Overall, successful fulfillment of warranty & good service overall, including some check-ins to make sure everything was going well since our purchase. Thanks guys! Glad we came to you. More
