I calle Ken Seal and Bruce Myers are two of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. I had searched the Internet and found the vehicle I wanted. I called Ken on Monday morning (after stopping by the dealership on Sunday) and told him that I lived approx. 2 hours away and was coming in after work. They had the vehicle cleaned, full of gas, and ready for a test drive. They had also prepared as much of the paperwork as they could without me being there for purchasing the vehicle. I was driving home in my new car within a few hours. My 8 year old son said he wants to buy his first car from there. We are hoping in 10 years we can still deal with Ken. My husband said that he'd never purchased a vehicle on the internet before but was very pleased with whole experience and would definitely do it again as long as it was with this dealership. Thank you for making this one of the best customer experiences We have ever had. More

I received kindness and quality service December 16th, 2015 I would like to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received last week at Valley Honda Staunton Va. I had requested a December 16th, 2015 I would like to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received last week at Valley Honda Staunton Va. I had requested a state inspection, wheel alignment, oil change, tire rotation and a key made for my 2008 CRV. While my vehicle was being serviced, Casey Wright had the unfortunate job of calling me with bad news. My front rotors needed replacing and new brake pads installed. Needless to say I panicked when I heard how much all of it would cost. With property taxes, car insurance, and Christmas expenses all due in December, my bank account was running low. While trying to figure out what to do, Casey Wright did all he could to use my coupons and get the price down as low as possible. Today, my car is running great for my trips back and forth to the New River Valley. The mechanics and repairmen in the service department did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I don’t have their names to recognize them. Please tell them “Thank you” for the peace of mind knowing my car is in tip-top shape for driving on the interstate. Lastly, I also want to say how much I appreciate Casey Wright and Justin Rowling taking the time out of their busy day to help me out. They had my car ready in several hours. While waiting, my father and I chatted with the guys in the sales department. Ray Hatcher, even showed us the new HR-V. I must say, I will continue having my car serviced at Valley Honda as long as the service is this good. My father, who recently moved to Swoope from Lynchburg was so impressed with your kindness. Best Service Around!!! I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a big I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a bigger vehicle that would help me get through the snow with winter approaching. I looked at the used inventory of CR-V's at Valley and didn't see anything that I was interested in so I went to Maryland to look at a vehicle that I found online. I also drove a new CR-V while I was there and fell in love with It but didn't want to buy something out of state. It was a long day and I didn't have a good experience at the dealerships I visited and I came back home feeling upset and uninterrested in continuing to look for a vehicle. I knew it was a long shot to even consider looking at new vehicles and financing, but I thought what the heck and I called Bill at Valley on my lunch break that Monday following my car shopping weekend. I explained my credit situation and asked if he could check financing for me on a new vehicle. He stated that he had all of my information from when I bought my Civic and also when I had service work done there. He told me he would look things over and call me by the end of the day. He texted me later that afternoon letting me know that it was highly likely that I could finance one with payments within my range. I couldn't believe it. There was no way that I would be able to get financed. To make a long story short, Valley Honda got me financed, within my price range for payments, and literally had all of the paperwork ready when I got there after work. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else, and I felt like I was in a dream!!! I have never owned a new car in my life and here I was getting ready to drive home in a brand new 2016 CR-V!! To say that I love Valley Honda is an understatement. Bill and Kevin were extremely helpful!! Igor took time to show me my new vehicle and all of the options and buttons and we went for a test drive. I was not even there when most of this all took place, yet I was able to leave work that day and have my brand new car waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready. Everyone at Valley Honda was exceptional!!! Great service, outstanding people, and customer service that is beyond any dealership around!!! Valley has my loyalty and I should have never started out by going to another dealership in another state! Thank you Kevin, Bill, and Igor for all of your help and for putting me in the car of my dreams!! You truly gave me freedom by having a loan in just my name and it wasn't just about buying a new car... It was about financial freedom from still owning a vehicle with my ex husband.
