AWFUL,HORRIBLE,MISTAKE We were lied to on every occasion possible. We bought a Lexus from them they led us to believe it was a one owner. Once the purchase was done after being pushed into the sale by my husband as well. I get a call on Mon. saying paper work was done wrong. I was promised since it had rust on it they would clay bar it. Dropped it off in the first day of the week went to pick it up on wednesday and they did not clean the inside or clay bar it. took the loner another two days on Friday went to pick it up they still did not clay bar it. I have to do that myself. Also was promised a full tank of gas well none was added. Although they did let me use a loaner while they had my vehicle. WOO HOO. Screwed in every way!!!! Don't deal with them also tell your friends and neighbors. Mc Donough however is pretty good to deal with in the past. Clement was pretty good to deal with Kevin is full of crap. We were told our credit was pulled once now getting sorry notices in the mail where we could not get the loan. We specifically asked them not to do that. More

A Bad Situation into a Great Experience! 2 months ago Igor Kushnar put me into my dream car although it wasn't new I loved it! 2011 Infiniti, then 11/20/15 a guy ran a stop sign and I totaled 2 months ago Igor Kushnar put me into my dream car although it wasn't new I loved it! 2011 Infiniti, then 11/20/15 a guy ran a stop sign and I totaled my car ! 2 days in ICU a broken sternum fractured hand fractured nose! Then depressing news I was upside down $7,000 and no GAP insurance but with Igor and the Valley team and finance manager Kevin they put me in a 2015 Honda Civic straight from the Showroom floor!
