I received kindness and quality service December 16th, 2015 I would like to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received last week at Valley Honda Staunton Va. I had requested a December 16th, 2015 I would like to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received last week at Valley Honda Staunton Va. I had requested a state inspection, wheel alignment, oil change, tire rotation and a key made for my 2008 CRV. While my vehicle was being serviced, Casey Wright had the unfortunate job of calling me with bad news. My front rotors needed replacing and new brake pads installed. Needless to say I panicked when I heard how much all of it would cost. With property taxes, car insurance, and Christmas expenses all due in December, my bank account was running low. While trying to figure out what to do, Casey Wright did all he could to use my coupons and get the price down as low as possible. Today, my car is running great for my trips back and forth to the New River Valley. The mechanics and repairmen in the service department did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I don’t have their names to recognize them. Please tell them “Thank you” for the peace of mind knowing my car is in tip-top shape for driving on the interstate. Lastly, I also want to say how much I appreciate Casey Wright and Justin Rowling taking the time out of their busy day to help me out. They had my car ready in several hours. While waiting, my father and I chatted with the guys in the sales department. Ray Hatcher, even showed us the new HR-V. I must say, I will continue having my car serviced at Valley Honda as long as the service is this good. My father, who recently moved to Swoope from Lynchburg was so impressed with your kindness. The tire we needed was aparently a starve size so they let me call around and ask other places if they had it but nobody seemed to be able to get us one for a few days. The manager there allowed us to take a tire off of one of the cars on the lot so that we could make the trip on schedual. They were so nice and helpful. More
It seemed like a simple problem, or so I thought, but I lost my keys yesterday and needed a replacement key cut. That is when I found out how difficult (and expensive) my error was to remedy. Although there are two Honda dealers nearer to my home, neither could do anything for me today. The best offer was an election-day appointment, during my normal working hours, fifty miles away. Then I thought to call Valley, and they could not have been nicer. Even though short staffed and very busy, they welcomed my question, recognized my sense of urgency, and worked me right in. It was still frightfully expensive, but not because of Valley; that is on Honda. I will be back when I need something else! More
I drive 45min out of my way each time I need my car serviced to Valley Honda becuase the local dealership has extremely poor customer service and has yet to call me back from March. Valley Hondas staff is extremely friendly and understanding. They will fit your car in in a pinch and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. More
This dealership is 30 minutes out of my way, but their service is much better than the dealership in my town. The staff is polite and professional, and I know that if they say my car needs something, it service is much better than the dealership in my town. Valley Honda is wonderful! They went out of their way to fix my sunroof that was leaking and I didn't even buy my car from them. They were just trying to help me out.
