Stick with Valley After dealing with an out of state dealership on a warranty issue, my wife and I were ready to give up. Mike in service is an excellent mechanic who was able to diagnose and prove the out of state service tech wrong, allowing the parts needed to fix our problem covered under the warranty. While in the waiting area, Ken had no knowledge of our situation, but Ken took the time to talk to us about the issues and our concerns of wanting to trade the car. Ken offered to help us in anyway he could. Ken was able to find us several pickups on the various Valley lots, and with the help from Kevin and his calculator, Ken was able to put us into the truck we thought was only a dream. Although we traded our Honda off for another brand truck due to the frustrations from another dealership, we will be returning for another Honda to replace our 2nd car. More

I find service has not been so good from the main manager's office--hounded to fill out surveys after oil change, encouraged to have unnecessary add-ons (draining of transmission fluid, air filter swaps, etc.). Also at manager's level run around on finding out what is causing mysterious noise when my car is started on a hill. More

Came home with a new CRV! We visited Valley Honda in Staunton, Va, for a service issue on our 2014 CRV. While waiting for the service to be completed, we looked around and ended up getting an appraisal for our Honda. She was extremely nice and helpful. Alot of sales people are very pushy, but I must say she wasn't like that at all. She helped us find just what we needed....or wanted!!! We really didn't need a new CRV, but we brought one home! Elliot, the sales manager, was also very kind, as all of the staff at Valley Honda. We received much better service there than at Harrisonburg Honda, where we purchased our previous CRV. Needless to say, we will continue to do business with Valley Honda in Staunton,Va. A big Thank You to all employees!!! More

Needed 60,000 mile service and a heater issue fixed. Our 2012 Civic EX had a heater issue and we needed the 60,000 mile service performed. We were blown away with their eagerness to have the heater replacement work covered under warranty!! It was an all day job for a complete dash removal and not cheap but they got it covered and all is fine now. They did great work and we couldn't be happier. More
Always efficient and professional Valley Honda is the only one I trust with my Honda's. I run my cars hard and I want them to be well taken care of when they need any type of service Valley Honda is the only one I trust with my Honda's.
