Good as Your Word Here's the bottom line... I was given a quote, and it was not honored. My error was not having it in writing, but I am a trusting person and believe Here's the bottom line... I was given a quote, and it was not honored. My error was not having it in writing, but I am a trusting person and believe we are as good as our word. It could have been made right, but a half-hearted attempt to make me feel good about paying 100 bucks more than I planned did not set it right. I realize that not all people are trustworthy and try to make up their own deals, but I was clearly told was the total cost would be... and that did not happen. On my receipt of payment is says that Valley Honda aims for 100% customer satisfaction. It remains a good aim, but they are not there yet. More
