Honest And Trustworthy Such a rare combination for a car dealership, but start to finish everyone I dealt with a Valley Subaru was excellent. I have purchased a lot of cars Such a rare combination for a car dealership, but start to finish everyone I dealt with a Valley Subaru was excellent. I have purchased a lot of cars and this is one of the few exceptions where the sales representative was easy to negotiate with, gave honest answers and was always friendly and polite. We purchased our 2019 from Kaleb and he was great start to finish. He never became frustrated or pushy, even though it took me three months to make up my mind on our purchase lol. Another noteworthy experience was the actual sale, the contract did not have any hidden fees, or charges added in the price. All you pay is taxes, dmv, and processing (which is lower than average.) I wholeheartedly recommend Valley, they have the best prices, best business model and best staff. I definitely will buy a car from them again when the time comes! More

Again- no pressure- just showed us what we wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the difference between cars. Exceeded my expectations of a car dealership I have purchased many cars both used and some new from numerous car dealerships. Even though this dealership is over 60 miles from my home, it was wel I have purchased many cars both used and some new from numerous car dealerships. Even though this dealership is over 60 miles from my home, it was well worth the trip. This was by far the best experience I have every had with a car dealership. My salesperosn, Kelly Throckmorton, went above and beyond her responsibilites. She was acutally referred to me by another friend who had purchased a car through her recently. Broke down and back on the road quickly We live in NJ and my wife was visiting family in Virginia when she came out of a restaurant at night and the 2017 Outback was dead. She had to be tow We live in NJ and my wife was visiting family in Virginia when she came out of a restaurant at night and the 2017 Outback was dead. She had to be towed to Valley Subaru. The next morning they got the car right in without an appointment. She was back on the road by 10.30 that morning. This was excellent service and greatly appreciated.
