I had been interested in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek for many years prior to deciding to purchase a 2019 Crosstrek through Valley Subaru. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, so the process wasn't overly complicated. Initially I used the USAA car buying service to find local Subaru dealers near me. I was provided a list of three dealerships whom subsequently reached out to me via email, text, and calls. Valley Subaru was the most responsive and added the personal touch needed to secure my business. Kelly Ashby, the internet sales manager, was extremely responsive and gave me personal attention. She answered my numerous questions with exceptional speed and patience during a two week car search. The one day in which Kelly was not in the office, Bryan Sites, the sales manager, seamlessly took the baton and was able to continue with customer service support. This ensured my questions were answered in a quick and reliable timeframe. During my purchase, Matt Hollembeak, the Sales Specialist was extremely informative and walked me through all aspects of the vehicle and made the process extremely comfortable from the buyers perspective. Matt was the best car sales specialist I've ever worked with; he was honest, straight forward, and relatable. Lastly, Helen Shibut, the finance officer, worked with me on the paperwork. Helen wasn't pushy, and did not try to sell me anything that didn't truly fit my individual needs. One nice aspect of working with Valley Subaru is that all the DMV tasks were completed at the dealership; one less trip to the DMV is always a good thing! All of the add ones I requested made it on to the vehicle prior to pick up and I didn't need to make an additional trips back, which speaks volumes of the service department. I walked into the dealership with a competitive loan rate, but Valley Subaru was also to beat it. They didn't waste my time a received a quick offer from Subaru, which I accepted. I had several offers from dealerships significantly closer to my home, but Valley Subaru provided a fair offer, exceptional customer service, and reliable service support. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from Valley Subaru. More

No more hand me downs. After always getting the hand me down cars and not the new one I am finally getting a new one. Everybody at Subaru had big smiles for me!
