Friendly and informed Young men have a reputation for being aloof and overly reliant on their technology. Chris was refreshingly the opposite. He was friendly and engaging and knew his product well. He was also patient with older clients who needed more time to absorb so much information quickly. I am very pleased with his invitation to come back where he will answer the questions he encouraged me to write down over the next few weeks. Now that cars are computerized, older clients can feel intimidated and having a positive sales experience can make all the difference. We really appreciated a young man who was both patient and respectful. More

They had exactly the car I wanted and was able to do the financing on line which really shortened the time at the dealership. The car was ready as we drove up, and Keith did a terrific job explaining the features of the car with us. Helen had all of our paperwork ready and while extended warranties and protection packages were explained to us, they were offered as suggestions and no pressure was applied to purchase. An extremely friendly and courteous buying experience. Strongly recommend! More

Tried to Rip Us OFF Chris did a nice job of working with us as we wanted to purchase a new Outback to upgrade from our 2015 model. However when Charles came to us with a Chris did a nice job of working with us as we wanted to purchase a new Outback to upgrade from our 2015 model. However when Charles came to us with an offer he must have though we just jumped off the pumpkin truck as he not only gave us a the lowest offer we ever got for the car but then wanted to charge us almost $1000 for a little scratch that could be rubbed out with compound and a small door rent that would cost $25 to have pulled out - but it was barely legible. My car was otherwise in mint condition. I later polished the scratch out (the size of a penny) and had the dent removed for $25. We later traded for another vehicle getting substantially more money for it. My advice is to forget these guys. They have an image of nice guys with a dog in the showroom and lots of TV commercials. But they are leaches ready to screw anyone who comes in. Please beware!! If I could rate Charles less than poor I would but the system will not allow it. More
