We were contacted by Christian McFarland when we arrived. We discussed the vehicles and I told him what price range we were interested in. We test drove a Subaru Crosstrek and loved the car. The following day we returned. Christian was not there, so other members of the dealership staff (Caroluce d'Orvilliers and Jessica Pletcher) assisted us. We test drove the same Crosstrek, and then two Forresters. Each of the staff that we dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. We settled on the original Crosstrek that we had driven, and were provided with numerous discounted options by Kevin Hahne. When we picked up the vehicle the next day (our choice), Christian went through the whole vehicle with us and explained how all of the options functioned, and he paired our cell phones with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and all fluids were topped off. In all, the experience at Valley Subaru was superb. I would recommend Valley Subaru to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, and believe that your experience will be as easy and enjoyable as ours was. More
