Lost keys = new car Well....it started off with loosing my entire set of keys at Belk on Wednesday. After much searching, a friend took me to Valley Subaru to see if the Well....it started off with loosing my entire set of keys at Belk on Wednesday. After much searching, a friend took me to Valley Subaru to see if they had "dummy keys". They didn't for this dummy, but let me use their loaner car for the night until I could get my extra set of keys brought over from Charlottesville. Upon entering the show room to return the loaner keys, I spotted the 2016 Forester - same lines as my 2009, and oh, my. Caroluse caught me and let me drive the car, loved it, left to get my 2009 and came back for another look. After sharing Caroluse with another lady who was buying a car, and several hours, I became the owner of a new car. They even worked it out so I could actually buy my 2016 in 2016! Caroluse was wonderful and helped me connect my phone, get Sirrus channels , and explained the bells and whistles - most of which made me jump and made her laugh. The entire team at Valley was wonderful - from Charmain (I hope I got her name right) and Clint in the service area to the other salesmen who stopped to check on me, offer drinks, pet my dog, and just visit and smile. Since I was there on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday - they thought I was on payroll! This is the second car I have purchased here, and would definitely come back across the mountain to do it again - in a few years! Thank you Valley Subaru for the Pepsi, nabs, new friendships, help in my crazy situation, and for my new Forester!! (My keys were found on Saturday at Belk - ugh). End of saga - I love my new Forester, my friend bought my other Forester, life is good......but still working on what all those bells and whistles are!!! More
