Tried to sell the typical car treatments, extended warranty, etc, but wasn't overly pushy with that. I've seen worse. They beat my credit unions interest rate by 0. 85% (2.74 to 1.89). Overall a good experience and I would recommend to a friend. More

I purchased a 2015 Outback from Frank Smith the day I went in to inquire about the car. I am recently retired and wanted to trade in my 2001 Lexus so that I could begin taking road trips with my new free time and wanted an auto with a Navigation system. The fully loaded Outback is way more than I even expected - I love the safety and security issues addressed by Subaru in this car. Bravo! The car arrived two weeks earlier than I expected and the entire team that registered my car with DMB, notified my insurance company of the trade-in of old vehicle and purchase of new, etc. were outstanding to deal with. I would recommend Valley Subaru to anyone interested in a new car! More

Valley Subaru was a rewarding visit Although we cannot judge repair and maintenance, we can review sales. This was our first ever visit to Valley Subaru, and it was rewarding. Our sales person was both friendly and professional. We were shown the type of car that fits our interest, my wife practiced driving with it, and all of its functions were thoroughly explained to her. An offer was received that we were not comfortable with, and we were asked to give our ideal price including the ideal trade in value for our car. That ideal price was accepted within a few hundred dollars without debate. Our trade in vehicle license plates were transferred to the new 2015 vehicle and our car insurance was updated and all paperwork was signed within an hour. We drove away with nothing more to do. I highly commend Valley Subaru on a job well done. More

My visit was unannounced, but Frank slipped away from a customer to get me in the car. The car sold itself and the staff went ahead and made a deal on trading my wife's 2013 Legacy, even though we did not have that car with us. We returned Monday evening, as we arrived the car was already out of detail and ready to go. It's our 6th car Frank has sold us. To be honest, every purchase has been great. No haggling, great service and a friendly environment makes this dealership my only choice. I would recommend (and I have) anyone looking to buy visit Valley Subaru. Thanks Frank, the WRX is awesome. Professional and Smooth Purchase Representative Charles Camp assisted us in our quest to purchase a new vehicle. We had narrowed it down to a Honda Accord ELX, Subaru Legacy Premium, Representative Charles Camp assisted us in our quest to purchase a new vehicle. We had narrowed it down to a Honda Accord ELX, Subaru Legacy Premium, Hyundai Sonata ECO and a Toyota Camry XSE. After comparing all the features to get to that list, the 'hard' part was determining which mix of options and prices best suited us. Charles provided answers to all the questions regarding Subaru's entry on our list. He was very thorough in showing us how the various options available on the Legacy met our needs - and, of course, highlighted the 'extras' the Subaru had beyond our base requirements. The great thing was, when you lined up the vehicles by comparable options, not only was the Subaru Legacy very competitive in price, it came in lower than the Honda and Toyota in price AND was the only vehicle with all-wheel drive. Needless to say, we bought the Subaru. Thanks Charles for taking the time and being so personable without any sales pressure. More
