Cabe was by far the best dealer I came into contact with while researching and buying a Sienna. I spent a few weeks researching and getting quotes when I was finally put in touch with Cabe via a third part while researching and buying a Sienna. They sent me a single email and left me one message. They were friendly, straightforward, and not at all pushy like some of the other dealers I came into contact with. I did some research online and they had really good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I was in contact with Tina and her manager Christina Morales. They answered all my questions and provided me with the OTD price via email. They found me the exact car I was looking for, which according to most dealers was hard to find without the DVD player which I didn't want. The one they did find had about $400 worth of extras that I didn't want. I told them that it was more than I could pay, so they offered me that car with the extras for the same price they quoted me originally. I made an appointment to in on Saturday. I continued emailing about details with Christina and she was responding to my questions up until 11pm!!!!! The next day I drove down to Long Beach and met with Christina. She was super friendly and personable. She showed me the car and we got down to business. We filled out paperwork and everything was as promised. We met with the finance person (I think his name was Joe) and he too was incredibly friendly and easy going. He told us about the extended warranty, we said that we didn't want it, and he said ok. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything else and left paying the OTD price I was quoted by Christina from the beginning. After the paperwork was complete, Christina accompanied us to the car to help us set up the Bluetooth and apps on the navigation system. She was super helpful and incredibly sweet. I could not be more happy with my car or my car buying experience. Cabe is a small, family owned business and you can tell that they care about their customers and their satisfaction. They offer the most competitive prices I could find and were true to their word. I recommend them to ANYONE in the market for a Toyota and I will gladly go back anytime I need another car. More

We just came back from Cabe, with our new 2012 Prius. From requesting the quote online, through driving the car off the lot, we had a wonderful experience with Cabe Toyota. The quote was super low; lower than all the other dealers we looked at. Most importantly, Meghan and her associate Evan made it a point to not overwhelm me with phone calls and emails. They only emailed when I had any questions, and they were always prompt in getting back to me. At the dealership, we worked Jorge, and he's super friendly; Always with the quick joke, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Joe handled our financing, and was very precise in walking us through each step. He presented us with the option to go for an extended warranty, which we declined, but at no point did my wife and I feel pushed into something. We drove home with our new Prius, feeling satisfied fully with our experience. We give Cabe Toyota the highest recommendation. More

My experience with Cabe was completely unexpected….a 100% positive experience throughout….even the finances portion, if you can believe that. It all started with one of their salespeople, Meghan. I had no clue what I was really was looking for, and she was as patient as she could be. Never once pushed or prodded me in one direction or another. Allowed me to try a car here and there with zero pressure. Answered questions honestly. Allowed me to take my time. In fact, I didn’t buy my first time there. But when I did return for the 2nd visit, she was just as patient and ready to help as she was the first time. I asked a good number of questions, and she spent the time to answer them to my satisfaction. When I finally made my choice, the process of purchasing the car was fast, non-intrusive, and virtually painless. Even after a couple of days with the car at home, having seen some thing(s) which none of us had noticed while on the lot, I contacted her, and without pausing a moment, she simply said to bring the car in…it WILL be fixed, no questions asked. They were minor issues too…things that some folks would have balked at, but they were handled as though they were vital to me. This, in itself, allowed me to make contact with the Service Dept. whose staff were as helpful, and professional, and as courteous as Meghan. If all other staff members are like Meghan, no one will have a problem buying their next vehicle at this dealer. I highly recommend this location. More
