I contacted this dealership because I noted its excellent ratings. And I was not disappointed. Originally I contacted them by email and the response was almost immediate. That impressed me so I decided to visit the dealership. My experience was extremely positive. I was not sure which model I wanted, but my salesman, Madison Flores, went over everything with me, explaining the different options, so that I was able with confidence to select the model which was best for me. Everyone was very helful, friendly, and I felt that it was important to them that I be happy with my purchase. I was given a quote before I decided to purchase the car. I went home, did some research, thought about it and decided it was an excellent deal. I returned a week later. The quote I was given was the one I got. No hidden costs.
